Go Away, Hillary — Please
Well, well. It turns out that Hillary Clinton has learned nothing — absolutely nothing — about her loss to Donald Trump in last year’s presidential election.
How else to explain her ludicrous remarks today that she was on her way to winning until a combination of FBI Director James Comey’s letter revealing a new investigation into her email server scandal — and Russian WikiLeaks — “raised doubts in the minds of people who were inclined to vote for me but got scared off.”
Oh, my. Hillary. Your comments reveal an absolute lack of awareness about why Mr. Trump is in the Oval Office and why you’re not. For starters — and listen closely, Hillary, listen very closely — you lost because you ran a horrible, rotten campaign.
You lost because you completely ignored millions of Democrats — most of them white — who were impacted by a loss of manufacturing jobs or disgusted by your absolute disregard for them.
You lost because you set up a home server for your emails and then constantly lied about it.
You lost because of persistent questions about the Clinton Foundation.
You lost because no one could discern your “message” or reason for running.
You lost because you insulted Trump’s voters, and you ran a campaign designed only to denigrate him, not to impress voters about your qualifications.
You lost because you were — and are — completely tone-deaf about Americans’ hatred for — and disgust of — government.
You lost, in short, because you were a miserable candidate.
And now you insult us by saying you’re not going away — but you’re becoming part of the “resistance” to anything Trump does.
Hillary, Hillary. You are disgusting. You are a loser. And you have no shame.
Because you — not James Comey or the Russians — are the reason Donald Trump is in the White House — and you should be ashamed of that.
